After upgrading WP E-Commerce shop styling to 2.2
my custom placeholder (text) from the checkout form is not shown on the generated PDF any more.
Instead it only prints “{field_20}”.

I tried to insert it again under shop stying -> invoicetemplate
but i noticed the complete placeholder dropdown menue is missing in the WYSIWYG editor also.

FYI
WP E-Commerce shop styling PDF invoice upgrade
and
WP E-Commerce shop styling Transaction Results Page upgrade
are still v.1.0.
I guess there is no upgrade for them…
