Is there any way to extend this plugin to include pending payments. This happens with offline credit card processing and other types of payments.

If you complete an order with manual payment the order state is “pending”. You can define email content and transaction result pages (if upgraded) for pending payments.September 9, 2013 at 10:19 pm #689

I have purchased the transaction page customisation upgrade but the upgrade doesn’t seem to work? I am still getting the standard transaction results page? I am using WP e-commerce 3.8.11.1 and WP 3.5.2.
I have altered the text and it doesnt change the transaction results page. I have the email customisation working fine? Please help!!

have you downloaded and installed the upgrade plugin after your purchase?
(The download link was on the transaction results page and in your order confirmation mail)

Yes I have paid, got the email, unzipped the plugin and installed into wordpress successfully. The tab to customise the transaction page was enabled but the text is not showing up on the transaction results page when i run through a transaction

If I disable the transaction results plugin upgrade the transaction results page displays the normal text for wpec……Any ideas? this is the main feature i bought the plugin for!!

The problem might be a compatibility issue with your theme or any other plugin.
Can you give me access to your store to have a look at the problem?

When I make a purchase – paypal processes the payment and I am taken back to the following page http://www.caroljaynes.com.au/products-page/transaction-results/
which is telling me thatYour payment could not be processed.
Please transfer the amount of $1.00 to the following account and please mention your order number 14 in the field as reason:
Question: Am I supposed to change this text to
‘ thank you for your payment today ..we will process your order soon ‘
or
is their something wrong with the system thinking that the payment was not processed ??
(I have turned off the plugin for now as the website is live and I don’t want this error message to appear!)
