HayleyUsing WordPress 3.5.2
I have tried to do as the FAQ says to view the invoice, but there is not a “Show Invoice” option under the Order Actions area.
This order came in after installing the upgraded plugin.

MayuriI uploaded and activated the plugin for pdf invoice but I am not able to see show invoice option in action area.
September 11, 2013 at 10:15 am #713Hi, have you tried for orders placed before the PDF upgrade was installed?
PDFs are only generated for new orders.September 11, 2013 at 11:05 am #715
MayuriI tried for order that are done after the installation.I have one doubt what should of Status(Order Received,Accepted Payment,Job Dispatched ,Closed Order) of that order in admin side.
September 11, 2013 at 7:49 pm #721The order status is not related to the invoice.
You could have a look at your eventlog for any dompdf error, or try to disable a few plugins that might cause compatibility issues.

GiordanoGood morning,
sorry for my english, but is translated by Google …..
I have the exact same problem: I purchased the upgrade for the creation of invoices pdf, but do not see the button “view pdf invoice” at the bottom of the actions of a record of the purchase. Can you help me please?
Thank you,
Jordan ZannoniSeptember 16, 2013 at 5:45 pm #769If you’ve access to a server eventlog, you can look for a dompdf error.
It could also be a compatibility issue.
I can have a look if you can give me access to your store.

I asked you for your FTP and WordPress Credentials on August 22nd. I can’t find the problem if I don’t have access to your system.
The plugin works on all my test stores and for many other clients. The only reasons I can imagine are compatibility issues or a different server configuration.

HayleyYes, and I emailed you personally about it with no reply. I do not want to give that information out here on the forum.

HayleyThe problem was found:
This plugin is for WP E-commerce. NOT for WOOcommerce or any other commerce plugin.
