Auto-apply coupon doesn't work for premium customer

Hi, thanks for the great plugin!

I have met some problem recently.
I love the feature that allow premium customer to automatically enjoy a special rate/price for the item, with using an auto-apply coupon code, but it doesn’t work to me recently. May I know what is wrong?

The coupon code it automatically generated was “premium-discount-520cdb47ba17e”, is that correct? Can you check for me why it’s not working? Thanks a lot.
